Blu-U Light

At the start of your treatment session, the area of skin being treated is thoroughly cleansed in order to increase the skin’s absorption ability. Next, the cleansed areas are exposed to a specially designed blue light for the designate amount of time. The blue light helps to destroy the acne bacteria and targeted skin cells.

After a Blu U light based therapy session, your skin may experience irritation or mild redness that can be described as being akin to slight sunburn. Furthermore, it is imperative to protect your skin from light after a session of Blu U therapy. In order to reduce the risk of post-treatment complication, it is recommended to avoid light exposure after a session of Blu U therapy.

BLU U helps with minimizing excessive oiliness which in turn effects the formation of new acne lesions. It also addresses redness caused due to Rosacea.

Total of eight to ten treatments is required to see significant results initially. We recommend the clients to come twice a week for the first three weeks and the then every week for the remaining sessions. We also recommend a monthly session for maintaining the results.

Blue-U Light is highly effective. If you go to multiple sessions and take care of your skin in between them, you will see results.

You may feel mild burning and tingling once you are exposed to the blue light but it only lasts for a few minutes.

It all depends on the severity of your condition but, you may feel some itchiness and see some redness after the treatment.

You should attend two sessions per week over a four-week period to see results and improvement in your skin.
