Important

We can ship the Gift Card order – either to the purchaser or the recipient. Gift Cards usually ship within one business day from the time you place your order.

• Delivery times depend on the  Canada Post (usually 2 to 3 business days within Ontario).
• If you need to send multiple Spa Gift Cards to multiple addresses, we can accommodate your needs on chargeable basis @  $ 15.00 per address
• If you receive a Gift Card for a package or service that you don’t want, you may use the dollar value of that  Gift Card towards any product or service you would like, however, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Remainders on Gift Cards can be applied to future visits or used to purchase After Care products.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed by multiple users.
• Gift Cards do not include gratuities and cannot be used for this purpose.
• All prices are displayed in Canadian Funds. Taxes are extra.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
